standards. In the unlikely event that you face an issue, our policy is designed to address

Refunds are applicable only in cases of verified quality issues. This includes:

1. Defective Products: Visible manufacturing defects such as tears, weak adhesive, or
improper sealing.
2. Incorrect Specifications: Products that do not match the dimensions, materials, or
specifications ordered.
3. Evidence Required: Clear images, videos, or other proof of the issue must be
submitted within 48 hrs of receiving the product.


Refund Options


1. Full Refund:

  • For verified quality issues affecting the entire order.
  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days


2. Partial Refund or Adjustment:

  • For minor issues affecting part of the order, we may offer a refund for the affected items only.

Non-Refundable Cases

We handover all of our shipments the very next day morning to our shipping partners. We deliver our orders within 4 to 5 days. All custom and offline orders take a bit higher time. Please contact packaging@shiprocket.in if in case you face any issue related to delivery.

We are entitled to offer good quality products whereas You may compromise with quality while working with local vendors and it may impact your orders while routing to your customers. It's an important measurement for packaging because it indicates the quality and strength of the material, and how it will affect the appearance and feel of the packaging. We use 180 or 140 GSM paper boxes which is best suitable for ecommerce.

Microns stands for unit of measurement used to measure the thickness of plastic, such as polythene, and other materials. We use 60 + microns bags on our website.
